How to Use the Meal Planner

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Choose a Food Item

Navigate through the Food Categories on the left. Categories include:

  • Dairy
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Grains
  • Protein

Each food item includes a serving size dropdown for either oz or grams, depending on the food type.

2. Select the Meal Type

Under the food categories, select where the food item belongs:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Snacks

3. Add Items to Your Meal Plan

Click the green "+" button next to the food item to add it to your selected meal type. The item will appear in the respective section in your meal plan.

4. Track Your Macros

The total macros will automatically update as you add items:

  • Calories
  • Protein
  • Carbs
  • Fat

Use this feature to monitor and adjust your meals to meet your goals.

5. Modify Your Meal Plan

  • Undo Last Item: Click the "Undo Last Item" button to remove the most recently added food.
  • Clear Meal Plan: Click the "Clear Meal Plan" button to remove all food items and start fresh.

6. Build and Refine

Continue adding and modifying items to build your perfect meal plan.
